Given the development of the post-industrial information society, an essential question relates to the way law will develop further in changed conditions. As a consequence, the issue of information rights has become essential.
The international conference ‘Law in Digital Environment’ aims to focus on current practice and problematic areas in order to develop proposals for further legislative progress.
Who?
The conference focuses on discussions about current trends in IT\IP legislation in Russia and foreign countries. Consequently, the conference program includes panels featuring Russian and foreign experts and public figures. Participants are expected to be are University teachers, researchers and practical lawyers, as well as judges.
