Master in International and European Union Law- Vilnius University

The Faculty of Law at Vilnius University is the oldest and most prestigious law school in the country and one of the best in the region. Each year 300 Masters of Laws graduate. The LL.M. programme at Vilnius University is an officially registered full-time programme. Upon its completion, a student will acquire the European-wide recognized qualification of the Master of Laws (LL.M).

Price/Fee: 1500 EUR per semester

Scholarships: Are provided, but mostly for former Soviet Union countries.

Application Process:

1. General

Applications are accepted throughout the year.

Deadline for submission of application and preliminary documents: 1st of May (for EU citizens –June 15). 

Application fee:100 EUR per application. Online application will be processed only after application fee is paid. Application fee is non-refundable.

Applicants must have an undergraduate degree in law and very good grades in their law studies. The applications should be submitted online.

If your main language isn’t English, the applications require a proof of proficiency in English: IELTS 5.5/ IBT TOEFL 65+. 

All applications should include:

-  two confidential academic references 

- a transcript of your previous studies, 

- certified copy of ID or passport, 

- English language test, a personal statement regarding the language knowledge

- payment of the application fee. 

2. Necessary Docs

a) University Bachelor degree certificate and its supplement (or its equivalent);

b) Motivation letter;

c) Proof of proficiency in English: IELTS 5.5, iBT TOEFL 65+;

d) 2 Recommendations:

e) Certified copy of passport or ID card;
