The Manchester Law School is pleased to invite submissions for its conference “Feminist Reflections On Law Society and Care”, to be held on July 21, 2017 at Manchester Law School, UK. This event aims to bring together individuals working within feminist frameworks to address contemporary societal issues.  Among the speakers announced are Donna Dickenson (“Property in the Body: Feminist Perspectives”), Alison Jaggar (“Gendered Perspectives on Global Justice”) and Marian Verkerk (“Family Ethics of Care”).

The Editorial Board of Bocconi Legal Papers selects papers to be published in its hard copy issue or its electronic platform. The release of its Number 9 is expected in June 2017. The editors of the Law Journal are collecting contributions related to the field of “European and International Contract Law”. In an historical moment where transnational contractual relations are increasing, Bocconi Legal Papers endeavours to foster a critical dialogue on the laws and best practices applicable to such transactions.

ELS and the United Nations Academic Impact are pleased to sponsor the fourth "Many Languages, One World" Student Essay Contest and Global Youth Forum. This year welcomes Northeastern University as the host of the "Many Languages, One World" Global Youth Forum and the sponsor and organiser of the Northeastern University Global Youth Conference.

Submissions are now being accepted for the 33rd Eisaku Sato Essay Contest on the demographic changes of the modern world and the challenges they pose for the United Nations.

You want to travel through Europe to meet new people and understand them better? If you are between 17 and 27 years old and you are looking for a way to fund your journey, you can apply for a Schwarzkopf Foundation travel grant until March 19, 2017. Since 1971 the Schwarzkopf Foundation works to involve young people in politics and spark enthusiasm for European integration. You decide how you will spend the 550 € on your trip. You will receive 400 € at the beginning of your journey, and the other 150 € after submitting your travel report. The grant holders can decide freely which part of the travel costs will be covered by the grant.

The Global Cultural Leadership Programme (GCLP) is a programme designed to develop and strengthen the cultural leadership skills of young practitioners emerging on the international scene. Through its framework, content and methodology, the GCLP specifically aims to improve the skills of cultural managers as well as develop collaborative peer-to-peer learning and network building. The second Global Cultural Leadership Programme (GCLP) will take place in the margin of the documenta14 in Athens, Greece from 19 to 23 June 2017.

Orbán & Perlaki Attorneys are inviting law students to their office to talk about the latest innovations and possible future directions of the legal industry. The event, OPL - Lawyers 2020 - 2030, is scheduled for March 1, 2017 at 18:00 and will take place at OPL’s headquarters in 6 Perc street, 1036 Budapest.
